Sponsorships and Donations order form

Members: We need more sponsors and/or donations to cover awards for our upcoming Cars For Kids show in March.

Non-Members: If you would like to sponsor an award and have your name and/or company name announced as a sponsor during the awards presentation at our show on March 30 (2013), please download, print and fill out the form below.

This form is also used for our Newsletter Sponsorships. Business-card-sized ads run on our website (see the link in the menu to the left) from the time they are purchased, through the end of December of the current year. Newsletters are sent by email and regular mail once/month and also contain a copy of the newsletter sponsors ads.
